The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.18 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and coaccusd have stolen the Tata Tipper Lorry bearing No. TN 22 CR 5515. Hence the complaint

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that based on the confession statement given by the co-accused, petitioner has been implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail for the petitioner.

dk arrested by the police and the stolen TATA Tipper Lorry is not yet recovered. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and also learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.
