Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent from converting the Sambarani Kuttai and the connecting road situated in S.F.No.319 and 320/1 of Keeranatham Village, Sarkar, Samakulam, Coimbatore into burial ground. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petition has been filed for forbearing the 1st respondent from converting the Sambarani Kuttai and the connecting road situated in S.F.No.319 and 320/1 of Keeranatham Village, Sarkar, Samakulam, Coimbatore into burial ground. 2.Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that there is no proposal to convert the Road connecting into burial ground, to this effect. A copy of the Panchayat Resolution dated 04.12.2020 has been filed by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
