In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that Petition mentioned documents, viz., the Registration Certificate of the vehicle and the Driving Licence of the vehicle driver, involved in the accident relating to Crime No.13 of 2012, pending on the file of the respondent/Police, are not seized in connection with the investigation, no further order is necessary in this Petition.

Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
