This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Inspector of Police, K-10, Koyambedu Police Station, Chennai 107 to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner in CSR No.228/16 dated 29.4.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.4.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.228/2016 and the same was closed on 02.05.2016.
