WMP.No.5468 of 2021 in WP No.3193 of 2021 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J., This petition has been filed seeking for a further period of 30 days ordinary leave. It is reported that the convict has already surrendered on 26.02.2021. If the convict requires further leave, he has to make a fresh representation to the respondents and make out a ground for granting leave. The Miscellaneous Petition in a disposed Writ Petition cannot be maintained for this purpose. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this petition and this petition is disposed of accordingly.
