This petition is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner as petitioners 3 to 6 in the above C.R.P.

2.Mr.Prabhakaran, the learned counsel representing Mr.R.Balakrishnan, the learned counsel on record for the respondent, submitted that the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this C.M.P. is ordered.
