Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Proceedings of the first respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.131262/Building/1(3)/2012 dated 09.08.2012 and the Proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.KA.A.KU.207(1)/39/2012 dated --.06.2012 and quash the same with the consequential Direction, directing the respondents to allot the Quarters occupied by the petitioner bearing No.A7 Teynampet Police Quarters in the name of the petitioner's daughter namely Miss.S.Pushpalatha, as the petitioner is going to retire on 30.09.2012.
