O R D E R

The contempt has been initiated alleging violation of the interim order of status quo granted by this Court on 22.09.2014.

2. By an order dated 23.04.2021, this Court had directed the listing of the writ petition along with this contempt. When the contempt petition was listed today, Registry has put up an order passed by Mrs.Justice Pushpa Sathyanarayana on 14.03.2019, to the effect that the writ petition itself was dismissed. Since the interim order merges with the final order and the writ petition having been dismissed, I do not find any necessity to keep this contempt pending. 2/4

This contempt petition is closed. In case, the petitioner has any grievance, it is up to him to initiate appropriate proceedings. 24.10.2025 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
