When the matter came up for hearing on 25.09.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the the matter was directed to be listed on 03.10.2018 under the caption "for dismissal".
Even today, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner/accused and hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
