Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.6908/G1/2012-1, dated 09.07.2012 and quash the same and directing the respondents to sanction two 1/4

posts of Secondary Grade Teacher and one post of B.T. Assistant, to the Petitioner school as per the G.O.Ms.No.231, School Education (C2) Department dated 11.08.2010, in the light of the order in W.A.No.899 of 2009 dated 01.09.2009.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
