COMMON PRAYER: These Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Tiruvannamalai to dispose the E.P.Nos.200,201 of 2013 in L.A.O.P.No. 63 of 1988, within a time frame limit may fixed by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioner in both CRPs : Mr.K.Mukund Rao

O R D E R

The above Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking for an early disposal of E.P.No. 200, 201 of 2013 in L.A.O.P.No.63 of 1998. It is seen that after the attachment order dated 09.03.2018, the parties were referred to the Lok Adalath and in the L.A.O.P.No.63 of 1998 the parties were ready to arrive at settlement and therefore, the matter was referred back to the Court. However, the Court is awaiting the report from the Lok Adalath since 06.10.2018. The execution proceedings are pending as early as from the year 2013. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge , Tiruvannamalai is therefore directed to take immediate steps to get the report from the Lok Adalath and dispose of the execution proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, these Civil Revision Petitions stands allowed, No costs.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
