Respondents ( R2 deleted as per order dated 27.02.2025 in W.P.No.5103 of 2023 by VBSJ) Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to disburse the retirement amount, leave encashment pension and other retirement benefits forthwith under the contributory pension scheme Account No.7156705 admissible to petitioner's husband with interest of 12% per annum and pass orders.

ORDER

This petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to disburse the retirement amount, leave encashment pension and other retirement benefits forthwith under the contributory pension scheme Account No.7156705 admissible to petitioner's husband with interest of 12% per annum and pass orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that they have disbursed the terminal benefits due to the petitioner on 19.03.2025. To that effect they have produced the remittance challan of the bank.

3. In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
