ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.440 of 2019 dated 26.08.2019 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 298 and 153A of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the proceedings are barred by limitation under Section 468 of Cr.P.C. for taking cognizance and the same has already been closed in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2024 by the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Sathyamangalam, Erode District.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
