This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1114 of 2020 dated 16.10.2019 pending on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.XXIII, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the main case in C.C.No.1114 of 2020 itself ended in acquittal on 01.06.2023.
