PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to impugned proceedings in Ka.Thu.Na.Ka.No.E4/362/2020, dated 03.02.2020 passed by the third respondent herein and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct respondents Nos.1 & 3 to prepare afresh seniority list for the post of Physical Education Director, Grade- I in the schools under the administrative control of 3rd and 4th respondent schools.
