ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.15394 of 2016, by order dated 26.04.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and by considering the representation of the petitioner, the respondent has passed an order dated 20.01.2018.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
