The learned counsel for the revision petitioner/tenant has filed an affidavit of undertaking to vacate and handover vacant possession of the property within a period of six months, i.e., on or before 30.09.2019. He also undertakes that he will continue to pay the rents without any default. Though, the affidavit of undertaking, it is not referred to the payment of rental dues or sublease, this Court is taking on record, the affidavit of undertaking with a direction to the P.T.ASHA, J.

If failure to pay the rent or in the event of subletting the property, the respondent/landlord is free to immediately file execution proceedings.
