ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to cancel patta Nos.1000 and 10 standing in the name of the respondents 5 and 6

respectively for the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondent No.5 illegally obtained patta No.1000 and the respondent No.6 has illegally obtained patta No.10 for the respective properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the same through his representation dated 03.01.2026. Since the said representation has not been considered by the official respondents till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 and 6, notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 and 6 as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2026.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2026, seeking for cancellation of patta Nos.1000 and 10 issued in favour of the respondents 5 and 6 respectively for the respective properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 and 6 as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire.
