Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the order dated 21.05.2015 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, (Vacation Court), Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.565 of 2015 as regular sureties instead of that one such surety should be a family member or blood relative of the petitioner. O R D E R

Petition for modification of the bail condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, (Vacation Court), Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.565 of 2015, dt.21.05.2015, in respect of the condition requiring the petitioner to execute a bond with two sureties and one such surety should be a family member or blood relative of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner was granted bail on 21.05.2015, for the alleged offences u/s.498(A) and 306 of IPC by the learned Sessions Judge, (Vacation Court), Tiruppur, imposing a condition that out of two sureties one such surety should be a family member or blood relative of the petitioner. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's family members are also arrayed as accused in this case and his blood relatives are not coming forward to give surety to him and hence he sought for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the above submissions, the order of the learned Sessions Judge, (Vacation Court), Tiruppur, passed in Crl.M.P.No.565 of 2015 dated 21.05.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two local sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur.

Except this modification, other conditions remain unaltered.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
