No.7475 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the fourth respondent
the District Educational Officer, Ariyalur District in O.Mu.No.154/AA2/2018 dated 30.01.2018 (as signed), quash the same and further direct the fourth respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of Selvi.A.Edna Amalin as B.T.Assistant in Science in the petitioner school w.e.f. the date of her appointment viz., 07.08.2017 and release salary and others benefits from the said date.
PRAYER in W.P. No.7476 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the fourth respondent the District Educational Officer, Ariyalur District in O.Mu.No.3014/AA2/2017 dated 30.01.2018 (as signed), quash the same and further direct the fourth respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of Tmt.D.Elezebeth as B.T.Assistant in Social Science in the petitioner school w.e.f. the date of her appointment viz., 01.07.2017 and release salary and others benefits from the said date.
