Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent bearing Ref.No.0004462/E3/1/2021-TC dated 19.02.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to hold the transfer counseling strictly in accordance with the norms set out in the judgement of this Hon'ble Court in the batch writ petitions starting from W.P.No.15215 of 2019 after fully displaying all the existing vacancies and the eligible candidates with their positions and CML numbers.

ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioner was transferred, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not contravened the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader.
