ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.PL.Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is seeking directions to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 16.7.2018 (received by the respondents on 5.9.2018) and 30.11.2018 on merits. The said representations are in respect of the development of petitioner's vacant plot at No.11/7, Sir Thyagaraya Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600017.

3. Looking to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, we direct that the first respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
