ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to forbear the respondents, their men, agents and their subordinate from in any way surveying or fixing boundaries with respect to the property or an extent of 0.0574 square metres comprised in Survey No.543/38 (patta No.655) situated at Thammampatty Village, Gengavalli Taluk, Salem District without disposal of Revision Petition filed before the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also has made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. 2/4

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants permission to withdraw this case. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
