This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 122 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.500/- in C.R.P.SR.No.66009 of 2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the e-court fee of Rs.500/- was paid in the Government of Tamil Nadu on 03.06.2024 itself instead of Government of Puducherry. Hence, she prayed that the delay may be condoned.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
