ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under sections 447, 323, 354(B) of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that during the nigh hours, when the defacto complainant was sleeping in her house, the petitioner herein has trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and attempted to misbehave with her.

3. This Court after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and on perusal of the FIR was about to dismiss this anticipatory bail petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner herein sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
