ORDER

2.Today, when the case was taken up for admission, Mr.Subbiah, Inspector of Police, Ammapettai Police Station, Ammapettai, Erode District is present and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that, on the complaint given by P.Appusamy, the petitioner herein, a case in Crime No.252/2015 for offence under Sections 420, 466,468 & 471 I.P.C., has been registered. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
