ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 21.08.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2239 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai, while granting bail to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner was arrested by the respondent for an offence under Sections 406, 420, 120-B, 294-B, 506(i) of IPC on 15.07.2018. The petitioner has filed a petition seeking for bail before the respondent and bail was granted as the offence being bailable in nature on certain conditions.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to comply with the first condition imposed while granting bail. The learned counsel would further submit that this Court may consider to modify the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the first condition i.e., to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- is hereby deleted, the second condition is modified to the effect that a bond for a likesum of Rs.10,000/- shall be executed by two blood sureties before the concerned Court, the third condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore at 10.30 a.m and 5. p.m until further orders and the fourth condition shall remain intact.

6. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
