ORDER

The petitioner has filed a representation dated 20.01.202,1 for holding an enquiry within the meaning of Section 82 r/w. 83 of the Registration Act, on the allegation that the properties of the petitioner, were sold illegally by the eight respondent to other private respondents herein, through a fabricated Power of Attorney, alleged to have been registered forgedly.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.G.Rajesh, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 & 7; and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 4 to 6.

3. The District Registrar, Tiruppur, the fourth respondent herein is now required to hold an enquiry into the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2021, after issuing notices and hearing all the parties, who are likely to be affected by his decision and to dispose of the same through a speaking order within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
