O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, who would submit that the complaint dated 20.04.2016 has been sent by Registered Post to the first respondent and the same has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur-North Police Station.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to go in person along with a copy of this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 08.05.2016, before the Inspector of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Police, Tiruppur-North Police Station. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
