This Petition has been filed to implead the 2nd Respondent herein as party Respondent in the above Appeal.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and also taking note of the fact that service on the 2nd Respondent who is proposed to be impleaded has been completed, this Petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and inform the impleaded Respondent through notice, which shall be despatched within a period of three days from the date of which this order copy is made ready, mentioning the date of hearing as 21.04.2022. Private Notice is also permitted.

3. It is made clear that the Private notice shall be despatched within three working days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and proof of despatch has to be filed into the Registry forthwith, thereafter. Learned counsel for the Petitioner shall also pay batta into the Registry within three Court working days as stated supra, in order to enable the Registry to send Court notice to the Respondent.
