ORDER
As directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 17.03.2025, the applicant has effected substituted service on the respondents by effecting paper publication. The paper publication has also been enclosed along with the affidavit of service. Despite effecting paper publication, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. The names of the respondents are also printed in the cause list today. Hence, they are set exparte by this Court.
2. Since the vehicle has already been repossessed by the Advocate Commissioner and since the respondents have been set exparte by this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application. Hence, this Application is closed.
