CMP.Nos.4051, 4053 & 4055 of 2023 in S.A.No.1235 of 2003 P.B.BALAJI, J., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in filing the petition to bring set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the appeal; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the appeal and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondent Nos.3 to 6 in the above appeal. 2.Though Court notice has been served on the proposed respondents, there is no appearance on their behalf to oppose these applications.

3.I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein; These applications are allowed.

4.Post the Second Appeal after four weeks.
