ORDER

The present application was taken up for appointing an Advocate Commissioner for the purpose of recording evidence i.e. Chief Examination and Cross Examination of the first plaintiff at the first plaintiffs home.

2. Heard Mr.N.V.N.Margandeyan, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr.Thirumalai Balaji, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.P.Subba Reddy, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents.

3. Mr.Thirumalai Balaji, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

4. Upon considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and no objection of the respondents, this Court is satisfied that the applicant has made out a case in its favour and accordingly, Mr.A.S.Baalaji, Advocate having office at No.294, Additional Law Chamber, High Court Buildings, Chennai600 104, Mobile No.9841132242, is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner to record the evidence i.e. Chief Examination and Cross Examination of the first plaintiff at the first plaintiffs home. The initial remuneration is fixed at Rs.50,000/-

5. The Learned Advocate Commissioner shall complete the recording of evidence of PW1 on 05.04.2025 and at any rate complete the same by 06.04.2025. Similarly cross of PW1 shall commence on 18.04.2025 and complete by 20.04.2025.

6. Registry is directed to handover the plaint documents in a sealed cover to the learned Advocate Commissioner and also issue necessary warrant by 03.04.2025. 18-03-2025 Gba (1/2) To
