ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.2891 of 2017, dated 07.02.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has remitted the dues to the tune of Rs.16,81,510/- along with recovery charges of Rs.15,350/-. The third respondent has also revoked the prohibitory order and thus, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal and the appeal is disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.3010 of 2017 is closed.
