This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.12.2013.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 26.12.2013 and the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.
4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTARPRADESH AND OTHERS reported in [(2014) 2 SCC 1].
