Crl.O.P.No.3969 of 2021 Crl.O.P.No.3969 of 2021 M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J., This Court while disposing of the above said Criminal Original Petition on 01.03.2021, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTCMagisterial Level), Omalur, to complete the proceedings in STC.No.43 of 2020, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

2.Today, When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem, through her letter dated 07.08.2021, vide D.No.1621/2021/A, had forwarded the requisition letter of the Judicial Magistrate, (FTC-Magisterial Level), Omalur, in respect of seeking extension of 30 days time, to dispose the case in STC.No.43 of 2020, since the order passed by this Court dated 01.03.2021, has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

ah 3.Considering the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC-Magisterial Level), Omalur, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further time to dispose of the case in STC.No.43 of 2020, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (FTC-Magisterial Level), Omalur.
