ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused No.7 seeking to quash the FIR in crime No.509 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's name is not found in the FIR.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If the petitioner's name is found in the charge sheet, he may be given liberty file a fresh petition to quash the charge sheet.

4. In the light of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition to quash the charge sheet, if his name will find place in the charge sheet. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
