Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records Ka.No.U.Se.P/E&Pa/U.Karai. W.P.13323/No.145/13/, dated 08.07.2013 and quash the same as illega, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents to restore the electricity service connection No.1152/IV at Kallavi, Ananthur.
