ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3407/Aa2/2019 dated 08.02.2020 and the subsequent order in R.C.No.0955/B2/2020 dated 10.02.2020, both served on the petitioner on 11.02.2020 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work as District Inspector Physical Education (Incharge) in Krishnagiri District with consequential and attendant benefits.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the suspension order was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated in service.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing further survives for adjudication. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
