This petition has been filed to direct the respondentpolice not to harrass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner is engaged in manufacturing of cement plaster, for which, the petitioner had obtained certificate of registration from the Government of Tamil Nadu and that the product transported to various places in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner-company is transporting river sand in the guise of transporting cement.

5. Even in the petition filed by the petitioners, nothing has been stated as to when, which police had harassed them. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the police as prayed for by these petitioners. If it found that these petitioners are violating any law, it is open to the police to register regular FIR and take action in accordance with law.
