ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed upon in Crl.M.P.No.1468 of 2024 by the learned Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.1468 of 2023 while granting bail to the petitioner in Crime No.344 of 2023 wherein the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai had stated that the petitioner should pay the lease amount of Rs.8/- lakhs directly the defacto complainant within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, is modified that the petitioner shall directly pay to the defacto complainant by taking a Demand Draft in the name of the defacto complainant a sum of Rs.3/- lakhs on or before 31.03.2024 and another sum of Rs.3/- lakhs on or before 30.04.2024 and a sum of Rs.1/- lakh or or before 31.05.2024. This amount is arrived after adjusting the sum of Rs.1/- lakh which is specified in the order copy of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.
