C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondents A) to pay difference in Pension for the period of April 2024 to July 2025, to pay the petitioner the difference in arrears in dearness allowance for the period of January 2018 to March 2024, to pay the difference in surrendered earned leave wages together with interest at the rate of 12 percentage per annum and to pay the interest at the rate of 12 percentage per annum for the belated payment of Rs.9,67,835/-towards PF and for the belated payment of Rs.2,41,543/-towards Earned Leave/Medical Leave Salary; B) to pay difference in Pension for the period of June 2024 to July 2025, to pay the petitioner the difference in arrears in dearness allowance for the period of January 2018 to March 2024, to pay the difference in surrendered earned leave wages together

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today at the admission stage itself.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners in these Writ Petitions, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 30.12.2025 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
