PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 13.02.2024 in RC.No.MD/2024 issued by the first respondent and quash the same as unsustainable and consequentially permit the petitioner to continue in the post of MD/CEO of Repco Bank, Chennai, until she attains the age of 62 as per the terms of the recruitment.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 2/4
13.02.2024 passed in RC.No.MD/2024 issued by the first respondent and consequentially to permit the petitioner to continue in the post of MD/CEO of Repco Bank, Chennai until she attains the age of 62 as per the terms of the recruitment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
