Though the petitioner has made out a prima-facie case for interim order, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that on 13.02.2024 itself, she was terminated from her post and one O.M.Gokul has been appointed as Chief General Manager (in-charge). Hence, the stay application filed by the petitioner cannot be considered. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
