(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in the above tax case appeals.

2. Heard Mr.N.V.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.M.Swaminathan, learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondent has no objection in ordering these petitions.

4. We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of these petitions, wherein, the petitioner has stated that Yazaki Wiring Technologies India Private Limited was amalgamated into Yazaki India Private Limited vide order dated 19.08.2016 passed by the Bombay High Court with effect from 01.04.2015.
