PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring the letter No. Ref. No.PU/ESTT/NT-3/SHPC/ 2014-15/30 dated 16.4.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent calling upon the petitioners for an enquiry by the 4th respondent read with all further proceedings thereon is illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry into the petitioners complaint dated 30.9.2013.
