The petitioner/A3 seeks anticipatory bail in C.C.No.170 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee. Originally in Crime No.20 of 2020 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506(i) of IPC.
2. The petitioner is A3. He did not appear during the course of investigation. He was not arrested and did not get anticipatory bail and was shown as an absconding accused. The final report was filed and taken cognizance as C.C.No.170 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee. Again the petitioner did not appear before the Court necessitating spitting of the case as against the petitioner in C.C.No.477 of 2023.
3. In that particular Calender Case, Non Bailable Warrant had been issued and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee had proceeded further by taking on record, an application under Section 82 of Cr.P.C to proclaim the petitioner as an offender.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner had forwarded a copy of the order in Crl.O.P.No.21225 of 2023 with respect to A1 and A2. But the relief sought now is Anticipatory. This application would not lie.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 20.02.2024 rjr 2/3
