2. We have perused the photographs. The respondent, Mr.K.Tharpagaraj, I.A.S., District Collector, Tiruvannamalai, has taken strenuous efforts to ensure that the orders of this Court are complied with in letter and spirit. We place our appreciation on record.

We would like to place on record out appreciation for the efforts that have taken by Mr.Ram Pradeepan, District Revenue Officer, Tiruvannamalai, Mr.Rajkumar, Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai, Mr.Mohan Raman, Tahsildar, Tiruvannamalai and Mr.Ramesh, Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Tiruvannamalai, who had discharged their duties with the aim and intention of complying with the directions of this Court.
