The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to initiate proceedings, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2018 against the respondents 4 and 5 and to dispose the same within the time.

3. Since it is stated that the second respondent has already issued a notice, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
