failure to comply with the order of this Court dated 26.02.2024 made in W.P. No. 4557 of 2024.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 26.02.2024 in W.P. No. 4557 of 2024 thereby directed the respondents to consider any one of the family member of the petitioner if coming under the zone of consideration for employment, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as directed by this Court, now one of the family member was called for consideration to give employment.

3. Accordingly, the family member of the petitioner was directed to submit application.

4. In view of the above, the order passed by this Court has been complied with and now the process is going on.
